Screen flicker on hd 4000

Hil!

I have ASUS K45A-VX015R with Intel HD 4000 video.

There is occasional flicker in the top left corner of the screen. The flicker lasts for split second and takes about 1/3 of the screen. It is not completely black, it looks more like smooth gradient. It is impossible to take a photo because it is so fast so I've drawn a picture how it looks.

Could anyone help with this issue?

Also I should mention:

1) The flicker occurs only on built-in laptop display, and does not occur on external display.

2) There is defective pixel (always white) exactly in the top left corner - (0;0) coordinates. It is not the screen/matrix problem because it is visible both on notebook's display and on external display connected to the notebook.
