    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to check some additional information on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was the game working before? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you getting any crashes or error messages?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you installed all the latest updates and patches available for that game?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you install the latest BIOS for your system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally please copy-paste here, the dxdiag report generated in your system. Go to start menu, type dxdiag, press enter, click on save all this information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear sirs,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it normal that when I play a game (Gothic 3), that the GPU Core Clock stays at 350 MHz (shown on GPU-Z) and that the game runs at 1FPS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried playing the game on a computer with lower specifications, and it runs smoothly!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HP Pavilion g4 Notebook PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.00 GB RAM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (with latest driver)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 7 64-bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope to find some help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
