BSOD in W8.1 while installing any HD4600 Drivers

Hello,

this is my first post here. Here is my problem:

When i change the reserved VRAM for the IGPU Intel HD4600 to 1024MB in the Bios Settings, i can´t install any Intel HD Graphics Driver.

I have made a fresh install of WIN 8.1 and tried to install any actual Graphic Driver from every of this sources:

The system manufacturer's website (MSI).
Generic drivers provided by Intel.
Microsoft*'s inbox driver via Windows* Update.

But everytime at the same point of driver installation, i get an BSOD with the following message:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (igdkmd64.sys)

The Basic Driver of WIN 8.1 is working. But trying to install any other Driver ends with a crash.

When i set in Bios the reserved VRAM for the IGPU Intel HD4600 to 512MB or less, i have no trouble with installing any Intel Graphic Driver.

Here are the components of my System:

MB: MSI Z97M-G43 (Actual Bios Version 1.2)

CPU: Core i3-4360

IGP: Intel HD4600

RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX

OS: WIN 8.1 64bit

I can confirm this error, not only will the Intel HD Video driver on my MSI PC Mate disk not install at 1024 but their website's Z97 - Intel VGA Driver. - 2014-05-23 - 10.18.10.3540 - Win8.1 32, Win8.1 64, Win8 64, Win8 32, Win7 32, Win7 64 - intel_vga_8_mb.zip will not install or boot on win 8.1 Pro x64 at 1024. Every time I get the (Winkey) WBSOD. But it runs fine at 512 or below, and this quite obviously is not acceptable as HD4600 is a significant improvement over my other system's 4000, so I have no plans to buy another GPU. Fix us please Intel. More are on the way...

In most cases, your computer manufacturer has already configured your computer to use the maximum amount of graphics memory that is possible for your particular model. I recommend checking with the motherboard manufacturer for the actual maximum graphics memory supported by your BIOS and whether it is possible to increase that amount.
