      <title>Problem with Intel HD Graphics</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys, I have a problem with my Intel HD graphics driver. I installed a windows 8.1 anew in my laptop and at first everything seemed to be fine. But later i found out that, the performance was slow. I tried updating my Intel driver but it was already up-to-date. In the Generic PnP Monitor and Intel HD graphics family properties tab (in the screen resolution option), I noticed everything was in chinese and I am sure it is not due to the language settings. Could this a driver malfunction?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
