I recently updated to Windows 8, then to 8.1. This is running on a Lenovo G550 Laptop from around 2010, so it is a bit outdated.</P><P>Today I wanted to update to the latest drivers, as mine are currently at 8.15.10.2702, and the latest version is 15.17.19.64.2869.</P><P></P><P>Now, not even the latest driver has support for Windows 8 at all, I'm assuming that's the reason I'm getting the error "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software" because as far as I can tell my laptop does actually meet the minimum specs. I do recall being able to update my drivers just fine when my laptop was on Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but, my memory is a little hazy, I think I did a factory restore for my Windows 8 installation. Which would mean that I can't update to drivers I had possibly updated to in the past on Windows 7.
