    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a dell laptop with an embedded video card "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problems start after i decided to transfer from Windows XP to Windows 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I develop applications for Android platform using the default android emulator. A very basic android application used to run on my Windows XP laptop with 50fps but now it runs on the same laptop with Windows 7 on 20 fps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed the latest drivers but the problem continues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is wrong about it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am desperate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
