Intel Graphics Control Panel not opening

I go to my search bar next to my start menu, type "Intel" and click on Intel Graphics Control Panel, and nothing happens. I can't get it to open. Anyone know why?

What is the exact setting you are trying to adjust on the Intel® Graphics Control Panel?

Ok, so first, when I right click, I don't see the option to open Intel Graphics Settings. What I'm trying to adjust are graphic settings to possibly make my games run smoother.

In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Let me also know the name of the computer games you are trying to play.

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
