HDMI not working with intel driver ACER E-571G

Hello, i'm using win 10 64bit and cant connect to TV with hdmi cable, before i used win 8.1 and sometimes it's working but always need to reinstall driver.

NOW HAVE:

intel graphip driver: 10.18.15.4248

2015-06-29

CPU: intel i5-4210U

attach file dxdiag, how to fix it? i can't update driver, cause always showind unsuported

So you have the predecessor to my laptop (E5-571G).

Regarding second monitor over HDMI:

Right-click on desktop

select display settings

then select extend displays

Also i have to select the input on my monitor's OSD menu manually.

Regarding generic drivers:

They work fine with Acer, but you have to install them via "have disk method" as described at:

There seems to be no physical connection?

Try another cable or another monitor.

The display options should appear below orientation. I add a screenshot for reference.

Test monitor with other device (DVD player, XBOX whatever).

Try the VGA connection of your laptop.

Check device manager for yellow bangs.

Your BIOS is up-to-date, i have the same. Nothing you can do there.

I'm running out of clues...

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to connect the external monitor.

Are you using any adapter or you are using straight connection? If so, try straight connection instead.

You can also right click on the desktop and select the Intel® Graphics properties and then click display, you will see the multiple display option, and there you can see if the external display is connected. If nothing is there, as Stefan3D mentioned above there is no physical connection to the monitor, so this could be an issue either with the monitor, the HDMI cable or the HDMI port is defective.

You can try contacting your computer manufacturer; they could have specific configuration or BIOS update that can help. Here is where you can get support:
