Intel HD 3000 graphics update issue

hey guys...i need some help..

i have an acer e571 with intel hd 3000 graphics...i didnt face any issue regarding fps drop aur any kind of lag or game slowing down/freezing etc but since my driver got updated to the lastest version which is 9.17.10.3517 the gaming performance has dropped enormously and now i keep facing sudden fps drop which were 60fps (league of legends) constant but now i get 20-30fps and sometimes even 7fps & my PC also gets stuck sometimes.....can u help me with this issue & find out if there is any drivers issue or any other thing. i would really appreciate it
