I can use both video card with normal use of pc .

I think to know now why prepar3d (flight simulator software) : the intel530 can have max 512 of shared ram (at least on my system) so simulator crash.

I also was trying to use only hd530 but the sim crash

Hi everybody and happy new year.

Yesterday i installed my new pc with this configuration :

Intel i5-6600K

GA-Z170-D3HP

DDR4 16Gb 2400

Asus Strix GTX970-4GB-OC

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

All seems works fine, i can extend my desktop to the hd530 . I setted PCIe_1 as default vga in bios

I need to plug at least 4 monitors for use my flight simulator software but if i plug a monitor (i tried with vga connector) to the Intel 530 the sim crash after loading .

If i use only the Nvidia with 2 monitors all is perfect, and sim run very well.

Do you have any idea about this problem?

Thank you in advance

When installing an external video card, the onboard graphics solution is disabled electronically.

You will need a video card with 4 video ports in order to achieve 4 monitor output.

Allan.

If your computer BIOS gives you any option to change video memory, you can increase it. Otherwise; this will locked by the computer Video BIOS .

Allan.

In that case, the maximum video memory is 512M as per your motherboard maker BIOS integration.

Allan.
