Linux Graphics drivers URL Off?

The url appers to not be working.

I can't download the latest HD 4600 driver for my ubuntu.

The links appear to be functional as DEB and RPM packages can be downloaded. Please try again.

Otherwise, be more specific regarding the failing link. What is your operating system and architecture?

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and my video card isn't showing as Intel Graphics HD 4600.

my processor is: Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5GHz 8MB 4ª Geração LGA 1150 Quad Core

I'm trying to update it, so I went over "Intel® Graphics Drivers for Linux", link below, to download it.

But when I click in the link "https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads Downloads section of the Linux and Intel graphics" the website https://01.org/linuxgraphics/ Home | Linux Graphics doesn't load.
