Can't find updated driver

Hey guys, I've been trying to update the driver for my computer for the past couple of hours with no luck, hopefully you all can help! My laptop is an Hp x360 convertible model 11-k120nr. My graphics card is an Intel(r) hd graphics. Thats it, there are no other numbers behind it. I've tried the driver in this thread. with no luck. My computer is windows 10-64bit. lemme know if you guys have any suggestions!
