Hello Antman1,

Checking the computer specifications, it seems that this unit comes with a different operating system than Windows. If changing the original OS in the computer there may be features that can be lost during the installation or usage of a retail version.

I recommend you using a straight connection (no video adapters) from the computer to the monitor. From our side I can provide the generic graphics driver for your controller that can be downloaded at the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23377&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%208.1%2C%2064-bit*&DownloadType=%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09Drivers%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09

My best recommendation is to go back to the original Operating System and use the drivers design and created by your computer manufacturer specifically for your unit.

I currently have a Acer c710-2055 that has Coreboot Installed with SeaBIOs so I can run Windows/Linux Natively. I am running Windows 8.1 and all is working great. I have the latest Windows 8.1 Driver for the graphics card and games and apps work great but I cannot get HDMI and VGA to work. I can get it to work fine in Ubuntu but not Windows. Is there anything I can try or do to fix this? It tells me it is not supported when I try to hit Windows key and "P". I am including my dxdiag info if that helps.

------------------

System Information

------------------

Time of this report: 1/2/2014, 09:22:44
