At this point, Intel® has no plans to release win 8/win 8.1 drivers for the Intel® HD Graphics 3000/2000. The latest driver we have for this controller is for win 7 and it can be downloaded at the following link:

I can't believe too, but, whatever, my next laptop will be with AMD cpu/gpu.

I believe your statement should read like this:

You are correct pointing it. The Intel® HD Graphics 3000/2000 does support Win 8.
