Dragon Quest Heroes doesn't work on latest driver

after launching the game, it memory leaks and froze my pc on latest driver for Intel HD 4000 which is 10.18.10.4276

it works on older 9.17.10.4229.

it also works on my other 4th gen intel graphics device which is also running the latest driver.

EDIT : after playing the game abit more, it randomly crashes on the older 9.17.10.4229.
