What can i do to fix my Driver Problem?

Hello, my problem is i upgraded the drivers of my video card Intel HD Graphics 4600 for Windows 8.1, but i have installed the most new drivers that came 4 or 5 days ago, and for 3 months my computer had not installed Windows 8.1 updates, so my games transformed in this / Hola, mi problema es que actualice los drivers de mi tarjeta de video Intel HD Grsaphics 4600 para windows 8.1, pero instale los drivers que salieron hace 4 o 5 días, y por tres meses mi computadora no había actualizado el windows 8.1, así que mis juegos se transformaron en esto

So, what can i do for fix this error? I have reinstalled the drivers after updating my Windows 8.1, but did not work /Así que, ¿qué puedo hacer para arreglar este problema? Ya reinstale los drivers después de actualizar mi windows 8.1 pero no funcionó

What is the Graphics version that you were running?

What is the current Graphics version that you're running?

My specifications are:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460s 2.9GHz

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600 with drivers 15.36.24.4264 (Latest)

Ram: 8 GB
