Graphic card driver for GL40

Hi,

I have an emachine e720 and the graphic card is a gl40.

On this Laptop I installed WIndows 8 and I have problems with the graphic card. Windows installed the standard graphic driver and I can't play anything on my Laptop.

Now I'm searching for a driver for my graphic card. On the Downloadsite I found drivers until Windows 7. For times I have heard that gives a beta of this driver.

Can anyony tell my how I find a gl40-driver for Windows 8.

Hello Rob, thanks for contacting us through the Intel Communities.

Please bear in mind that the latest operating system this chipset and graphics support is Windows 7. Since this is a discontinued part; no video drivers are available for this product from our side.

I recommend you checking with Emachine if they have plans of releasing a graphics driver.
