installed update Intel(R) HD graphics 4400, not clear anymore on HD

i used a intel (R) core (TM) i5 4210U cpu

with intel (R) HD Graphics 4400

using windows 8.1 pro 64 bit

viewing youtube in HD videos good. and watching movies good in HD

but after i updated intel graphics the HD quality in youtube and my movies in become not clear not anymore HD a little blurred.

i think i downloaded a different update but since a did not back up the computer i cant know the intel driver im using before.

how can i return to that HD settings. i tried some updates already.

Since this is a processor used for OEM solutions, the recommendation is to download and install the drivers directly from the OEM's website.

This is to avoid loosing any special settings of features added by the OEM driver.

i download and installed it already.

same nothing change. youtube video and my videos movie played still not back to HD.

my images also not clear as HD as before.

Have you tested the system with the OEM's drivers?

Also, you can test the system with the default drivers from Microsoft.

How to do this?

1. Access the device manager.

2. Uninstall the graphics driver.

3. Restart the system and let Windows install the default drivers.
