fake resolution problem !!

I have msi with intel graphics 4600 and Nvedia 750m, I have a problem in resolution it's 1920x1080 but it's not real FHD !!

and when opening resolution window I've got Display on "Mobile Pc display" and can't change it, I guess it's caused the problem

tried too much solutions but nothing did work !!

I was on windows 10 >> formated > and now installed 8.1 new windows..

help me with this

when trouble shooting the problem on hardware it tells that new hardware detected

knowing that I didn't change any hardware !!
