    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i have a Dell inspirion 7000 seriess and sometimes on mozilla firefox, the display goes black and quickly comes back on and the error Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered Windows 8.1. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im actually running windows 10 though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; can anyone help me. this is a brand new computer i bought in december 2015!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, ukrall:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked Dell's website for possible driver updates for your graphics engine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While, using OEM devices, the recommendation is to download the drivers from the manufacturer website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is to avoid loosing any special feature or setting that generic drivers may not have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to your outcome with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Esteban C &lt;/P&gt;</description>
