i have i3-530 and intel h55tc motherboard w/ windows xp 32 bit

problem is when i play games like warcraft, left 4 dead, and call of duty. My computer plays it smoothly then after half an hour or maybe 2hrs of gaming, my system will eventually causes hang - up and BSOD events. I tried to clean my case to be sure that airflows is good and manage the wirings, and installing all the latest drivers, but still the problem persist. should i do reformatting or wait for newer drivers to fix this problem?
