Hi i got a laptop asus n550jk, recently updated to win10. And I got a problem with graphics drivers. Graphics drivers installed by windows update is

10.18.15.4256, and I wonder if its latest drivers, because on intel website there is 15.40.

But the real issue is that from time to time there is a screen lag and after second shows up a notification that

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered

and it says that im using a windows 8.1 graphics drivers?

Anyway when i try to install newest drivers It says my system is not supported? Why im using intels hd 4600 and intel 4700hq ??
