Driver Version 3496 WHQL, Intel Quick Sync not work !

Hallo Intel Support,

Since last 2 Beta Driver and this whql Driver v3496, Intel Quick Sync not more work with Cyberlink Powerdirector 11 &12.

Please fix it.

@ igpu, What specifically is not working? Can you provide a full description and the steps to reproduce the issue? Also, do you have the latest http://www.cyberlink.com/support/powerdirector-ultra/patches_en_US.html PowerDirector* updates installed?

Hallo Robert_U,

my Powerdirector is uptodate. With Cyberlink Powerdirector Reencoding, if Intel Quick Sync is selected for Hardware acceleration, Powerdirector do nothing and hang.

I have this Problem since last beta Driver and whql Driver v3496. If i install Intel HD Graphics Driver Version 3412 or lower Version, Intel Quick Sync work fine.
