Intel HD 4000 is not working correcty, and cannot download drivers

I was gifted a laptop (Panasonic tough book cf-53) after installing all drivers i found that the Intel HD 4000 card was not showing up in dx diag. tried to download the driver straight from the sight and got the message "this installation package is not supported by this processor type"

I have checked specifications for the Toughbook 53 and it seems to have an Intel® HD graphics 4400.

Please try the following driver for Windows® 10 64 bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26229/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81497 4501 and Windows® 7/8.1 version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25978/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-15-36-?product=81497 4414
