    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 laptops:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 8.1 x64 laptop with an i7-4700MQ fails to install this new driver. I've tried it using the x64 exe and zip. In both of them it says "this PC does not have the minimum requirements".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 x64 laptop with also an i7-4700MQ fails to install using the exe, but the zip works, or at least gets installed without errors and the version is updated. Nevertheless, I found this issue. When I updated the driver using the zip, the blurry letters in "Device Manager" disappeared. But when I restarted the laptop, they came back. So it's still blurry, as well as many windows, options and menus in Windows 10. This is incredibly annoying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So please, fix the 8.1 x64 version, and fix blurry letters in Windows 10 as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my problem with BSOD is still there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Category&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Questions&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Answers (N/A if not applicable)&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Description&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provide a detailed description of the issue &lt;B&gt;AND&lt;/B&gt; 'does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?' If you can offer a % rate please do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everytime i put laptop into sleep mode and wake it up i get BSOD "video_scheduler_internal_error"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens only when i have video memory higher than 256mb. Will Intel ever release again a graphics driver that has no problems? I don't think so. Last one had a non-working link, previous one had the same issue, now this... Come on!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Exactly, I've searched for "HD 4600" and "Windows 8.1 x64", and got the 4279 link up in the list. So Intel's apparently saying that it works. Now you say it does not. OK, then I shouldn't get the link of the 4279 if filter by HD 4600 and Windows 8.1 x64.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About the Windows 10 x64 exe issue, it's alright, I installed it through the zip file, but the 2 first tries of the exe, downloading it twice, was really irritating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There's a limitation of Download Center that it doesn't allow to granularize release support down to the OS level per platform. It was unavoidable, but I wanted to mitigate the confusion as much as possible and hence posted the note prefacing the announcement and DC Description stating that the ReadMe's need to be reviewed for full details regarding support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;W4V3R&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are technical and logistical reasons behind the decision so a fully unified driver just isn't in the stars. I am the communities voice within Intel, so I have raised this concern of yours to the appropriate teams attention, but please do not get your hopes up.
