Hello Algazanth,

I have found some links that could help you with this issue, it seems related to drivers or firmware issues.

This is related to iastor.sys driver which is in the Intel AHCI controller, what it recommends is removing the driver and using the generic driver.

http://www.thewindowsclub.com/dpc_watchdog_violation-blue-screen-in-windows-10 http://www.thewindowsclub.com/dpc_watchdog_violation-blue-screen-in-windows-10

This is related to BIOS and firmware updates:

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2567134/dpc-watchdog-violation.html http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2567134/dpc-watchdog-violation.html

Finally, this is probably one that you have already read, since it also mentions the SSD related driver.

http://pc.net/helpcenter/answers/windows_8_dpc_watchdog_violation http://pc.net/helpcenter/answers/windows_8_dpc_watchdog_violation

Hope this can be of help for you

Regards,

Esteban C

Hi Esteban

Thx for your answer.

I take a look in the device manager. My driver by Intel AHCI controlle is the standard, not the iastor.sys. Maybe this would changed last time.

The firmware from my ssd (Samsungs EVO 840 256GB) are up to date.

I think all of my driver are up to date. But i will check this. And maybe a bios updat.

Thx
