Thanks for the Help.

This is the full driver name : 15.36.33.4537

Also mentioned : " Error: A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel® Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel® driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver can cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer. "

Hello B00sted87:

Based on the information you gave us, since the system is working with both Intel and AMD graphics controllers, then it is actually using switchable graphics, and in that case the best thing to do will be to use the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer.

On the following link you will find further information about switchable graphics, please take a look at the last question:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005669.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005669.html

Just for you to confirm, on the link below you will see all the graphics drivers available in our web site for Intel® Graphics 4600 controller, the version 4537 is not listed, so it seems to be that this is an specific driver version provided by the manufacturer:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards

Alberto
