Graphcis cards drivers problem.

Hello everyone.

im having some toruble with my graphics card on my pc . I have the Intel HD 4600 and the AMD FirePro 4170 . I bought the Battlefield 1 and the game says that i need to update my graphic card driver at Downloadcenert.com , To the driver that ends with the number 4537 , or later for the game to work good. i cannot find the this 4537 driver or a newer one for my pc. Any help finding it or the newer ones ? Thanks for the Help.

This is the full driver name : 15.36.33.4537

Also mentioned : " Error: A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel® Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel® driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver can cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer. "

Based on the information you gave us, since the system is working with both Intel and AMD graphics controllers, then it is actually using switchable graphics, and in that case the best thing to do will be to use the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer.

Hey Again Alberto.

after downloading the drivers that were in the links you gave me , My computer says that there is no AMD graphic drivers is intalled , but he doesnt give me any directions getting it . what should i do ? i already tried downloading the right driver from the AMD website , and it still the same...

Its just weired , my computer doesnt want the intall and graphics drivers...

Yes, that is strange indeed.

Just to make sure, were you able to install the Intel drivers?

Remember that you need to install the Intel drivers first and then the ones that belong to AMD.

And in regard to the AMD drivers, did you try to call them for further assistance?
