INTEL HD GRAPHICS Not Found

First of all I'm sorry about my English

I Bought a Computer in 2013 and it's Core i3 details are:

intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3210 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20GHz

4 GB ram

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor ,WINDOWS 8.1

also it had Intel HD graphics Memory size is 1796 MB

but now my computer doesn't detect Intel Graphics Hardware and unable to Install Intel HD graphics Driver

Because it show the error "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"

Now in device manager, as the name of the Display showing as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" Memory size 256MB

dedicated from RAM

I need to activate my Intel HD graphics VGA , But I haven't got a chance yet.

I couldn't find settings in Bios also . In any methods in Internet about this topic ,I couldn't get the answer or solve the problem

What is the Intel driver version that you're trying to install?

Hello, i have the same problem with a core i5 460M, i can't find the drivers for W10, they are only for W7. Some help?
