Please follow these steps: &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop). &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;4.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem, but the installation doesn't run because it's not compatible (with this zip file, and with any other way i found here).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it's due to my WDDM number, but i'm not shure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(driver version 21.20.16.4627)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is my dxdiag, if someone can please help me...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
