      <description>&lt;P&gt;     I use ASROCK z270 gaming itx/ac mainboard and powerdvd17 play uhd through intel graphics 630,My television is LG c6p.When play start, powerdvd always show error 21001,hdcp initial error,play stop.I have tried every graphics driver.when use onboard DisplayPort ,works.I think it's incompatible issue graphics driver with my Lg television.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   This mainboad's hdmi use mcdp 2800BC,which convert dp 1.2 to hdmi 2.0，alike intel NUC and some gigabyte mainboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   &lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the issue does not happen with Displayport* then the problem may not be related to the graphics controller.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;What I can recommend is contacting ASRock* directly so they can check if they can reproduce the issue in their lab with the exact same motherboard model.       <description>&lt;P&gt;There are improvement when update hd630 driver to latest 4771.When first cold start windows HDCP error happen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;,start powerdvd again,UHD disc can play through without error.before update 4771 you must restart windows serval times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue  correlative with display card driver.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We recommend using HDMI 1.4 cable.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;What version of PowerDVD 17 are you using?&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Please also check in the BIOS of the motherboard if there is any Intel® SGX option you can enable.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Regards,&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Fred D.</description>
