No se instala el Panel de control grafico

Hola,

Después de actualizar el controlador a la ultima versión, el panel de control gráfico no se instala. El controlador si que se actualiza, pero el software e panel de control no.

Que debo hacer?

Hello oriolg,

I understand that you are unable to get the Intel ® Graphics Control Panel.

Please go ahead and right-click on the desktop and then take a screenshot to show us the lacking option called "Graphics Properties. Also, to better assist you with your request, I will need to check some information about your computer. Please follow these steps:

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).

4. Attach the report to this thread.

We also need the System Support Utility report, this report can be generated from our tool, you can refer to the link below so you can download it:
