With Intel HD graphics 530 driver (ver. 15.46.02.4729) when I maximize a window, it is slightly lager than my desktop. It cuts the "red X" block in half and I can not see the right hand vertical elevator. This did not happen with any prior version of the Intel HD graphic 530 drivers.

My operating system is Windows 10 Home (Ver. 1703)

Never mind. Apparently something caused my display to shift horizontally.

Since the buttons to do this - are on the side of my monitor, I do not know what caused the display to shift. I shifted it back and all seems fine.
