Based on the specifications for your Toshiba computer, you are currently running Intel® HD Graphics, this is the first generation graphics. Please bear in mind that first generation graphics does not have support for Windows 10.

See the list of supported operating system:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034343.htm Graphics Drivers — Supported Operating Systems

Allan.

You are currently running hardware that was not developed for your operating system. If you need updated driver for your operating system, try Windows Updates from Microsoft.

Allan.
