Graphics Control Panel Force closes trying to change any setting?

I have the HD Graphics 4600 Driver and whenever I open the Control Panel and try to change the power settings it forces closes. I cant change any battery or plug settings, it just force closes. Ive tried everything from deleting the driver from device manager to installing the latest updated driver manually..

Please help
