Hello, I have problem with game and developer say that is problem with my old Intel drivers but i can't upgrade it. In attach my dxdiag.

Could you please let me know the name of the game and the driver version that you were recommended to installed? I'm sorry that so long have copied but I was very busy. Unfortunately I could not be installed because I can not find a compatible driver.

Try with this driver version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22521/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-Windows-7-64-Windows-Vista-64-exe-?product=81503, and use the method mentioned above. You might also try with the drivers provided by your computer manufacturer, see here for them http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=7A017762H&osId=31.

Unfortunately I can't install the drivers, and the Toshiba appears that it does not already support this model. Thank you for your help but I give up.
