My computer is crashing and blue screening during youtube videos, netflix via Firefox, and during games on steam.

The dump logs I get are consistently faulting the igfxcuiservice, Ill post the logs below.

Faulting application name: igfxCUIService.exe, version: 6.15.10.3621, time stamp: 0x5376e21a

Faulting module name: igfxCUIService.exe, version: 6.15.10.3621, time stamp: 0x5376e21a

Exception code: 0xc0000005

Fault offset: 0x000000000001116c

Faulting process id: 0x4cc

Faulting application start time: 0x01d3142b39fdec40

Faulting application path: C:\Windows\system32\igfxCUIService.exe

Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\igfxCUIService.exe

Report Id: 7a5f2740-801e-11e7-9b95-4ccc6ab52ecd

I also get this dump log

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I am running windows 7 home premium on a intel i5-7500 cpu with 16 gigs of ram, off a seagate 240g SSD, using a b250m MSI motheboard and a Radeon RX 480 graphics card

You can run Windows 10, or you can change your processor to something less than a 7th gen (which might require a different motherboard).

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4012982/the-processor-is-not-supported-together-with-the-windows-version-that https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4012982/the-processor-is-not-supported-together-with-the-windows-version-that

Doc
