Intel Graphics 530 - Dual Display Output Question

I'm looking at a Dell XPS 15 Nontouch system with an Intel® HD Graphics 530 card in it. Can anyone confirm that this will be able to output 1280x720 @ 59hz in dual display mode?

The Intel® Core™ i3-6100H with Intel® HD Graphics 530 supports the following resolutions:

HDMI 1.4b: 4096x2304@24Hz

DisplayPort: 4096x2304@60Hz

eDP (flat panel): mailto:4096x2304@60Hz 4096x2304@60Hz
