Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.

Chances are that you are receiving the error where apparently your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the software to be installed.

This can happen with OEM device (pre-built systems with a brand), sometimes the manufacturer of these device limit the software to be installed in their systems, that could be happening with your PC.

There is a workaround you can try to install the generic drivers from Intel.

If the problem persists, please provide me with the Intel® System Support Utility report from your system.

How to get that report?

-Download the utility

-Scan your system with the utility

-Export the report and attach it to your answer with the advanced editor option
