    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a few Dell Latitude E5570's all with the Intel HD Graphics 520.  The driver restarts while scrolling in Citrix, Internet Explorer, Excel.  I have tried every variety of drivers that Dell and Intel have without luck including the beta.  I have disabled the TDR and it still will restart the driver.  Please assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Verify with Dell support website if  your laptop has the latest BIOS and main drivers (Chipset and Management Engine).       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 systems that I am working with.  One has the newest dell drivers, the latest BIOS and other than that it is a basic system.  And it does have the same issues.  The other system is the one where I have tried the variety of drivers from Dell and Intel.  It also has the latest BIOS from Dell.  The issue still happens on both systems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
