Why does my Windows 10 keep freezing?

I have has Windows 10 installed on my computer and practically every time I go onto the Internet and open a page with graphics the computer freezes. Sometimes it unfreezes but on many occasions I have to pull the plug. The person who looks after my computer problems has installed the most up to date driver available so what can I do?
