xx.xx.15.4251 driver wont load

I have purchased the Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 pc code. It has downloaded, but when you go to play it, it displays an driver error.

it says that it detects the 10.18.10.4358 12/21/15 driver but it is recommended to download and use the driver intel xx.xx.15.4251.

I have searched and to no avail am I any closer to figuring this out!! please help me bc my kids will drive me CRAZY!!

Same here - I have downloaded the most recent driver but it won't install any newer version than 10.18.10.4358.

To better assist you could you please reply with your graphics report?

Go to Intel® Graphics and Control Panel > Options > information Center > Save.

Or post the msinfo32, please follow the steps how to get it.

Please press Windows Key + R to open the Run Menu
Type msinfo32 and click OK
While viewing the System Summary node go to File then Save (Please do not use Export)
Save your MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on your desktop for easy access and then you can post it here.

I´m experiencing exactly the same problem as Julia (including being driving me crazy by my son)

I have published for you my msinfo32.nfo (sorry, it´s in Spanish languaje, I hope it won´t be a problem):

It would be greatful if there´s a solution (maybe a beta driver)

Please be aware that there is not a driver version for this graphics version using Windows 10.
