I cant plug the monitor that keeps crashing.

Any idea why Intel adapter is not willing to work with this monitor?!

BTW, If I DISABLE In control panel,> system, >device, >display adapter> intel graphic card windows never crashes and I can keep the teamviewer connection. At this point the monitor backlight comes on, and the signal led turns to green BUT no image!

Press the windows key + r

2. Type dxdiag in the window that appears and hit ok

3.

I need to add this;

If I install the latest or old intel drivers and hdmi plugged to the computer, nothing happens on the monitor. No image, no backlight, no green led(controller board led)

Moreover, after a few seconds(30 to 40 sec) the computer restarts itself. I'm loosing Teamviewer connection so I can't see what happens there.

When I disable Display adapter or uninstall intel driver in windows 10 device manager.

- Teamviewer connection contunies
- Computer does not crash nor reset itself.

- Monitor backlights goes ON

- Driver board green led goes ON
but no image!

When the leds are ON, I set Intel Graphics software custom resolution. Like (2560x1600@50hz or 1920x1080@60 hz) Tried different settings with no image. If I set lets say 800x600 @ 60 hz the computer resets it self in 30 to 40 seconds.

If that makes sense..

Why the heck you are collecting my data if you do not ever willing to support? You re a time waster.

Intel should quit making GPUs.

Hello secure

I would like to apologize for the delayed answer.

This appears to be a compatibility issue with this specific monitor model.

For that reason, my recommendation would be to report this to the manufacturer of the monitor, Why? That is for them to validate the problem by performing their tests and then report it back to Intel (thus facilitating all necessary 3rd party components to Intel for further debugging, this is from the manufacturer of the monitor side)

Please let me know if you are able to proceed with this.

Regards,

Esteban C

No!

Im not thinking of buying anything branded Intel.

The monitor is working with Nvidia and Ati GPUs. The problem is your driver crashing.
