i am Downloading Latest Version 15.12.75.4.64.1930 (exe and zip) but they both install Old version which is 8.15.10.1930

i need 15.12.75.4.64.1930 for Windows 7 Professional 64bit .

And not 8.15.10.1930 i am unable to play CS 1.6 in OpenGL Mode
