Please FIX DXVA 2.0!

I have a HTPC based on GA-H67N-USB3-B3 with Intel HD Graphics. When I turn DXVA2 image is all in squares and melt. What can I do? I have Windows 7x64, latest drivers.

I have this problem too with intel hd graphics (Core i5)
