i have a intel(R) HD Graphics card and it is up to date but i am trying to connect my panasonic viera tv to the desktop but i am only showing a single display and it wont let me change it as single is the only option.

I have tried by using vga and dvdI to hdmi but no go. i have gone into intel and media control panel and gone into multi displays but only shows single and i have done a intel update from the site so how do i fix this

Hi blossomspc,

I understand you are trying to set a dual display configuration but Windows and graphics control panel are not given you the option.

I will need to know the processor and motherboard model before given to you further troubleshooting. If it is possible please send me the results of Intel® System Support Utility.

-Click on reply

-Click Use advanced editor (upper right side)
