First, do not be afraid to release the CAPS LOCK.

Second, if you are asking about a driver for Windows 10, yes, you are screwed.

The Q45 is not supported on Windows 10.

If your issue is something different, tell us what the specifics are.

Doc

If your system is a desktop, and you have an available PCI x16 slot, then the answer is MAYBE.

You would need to find an add-on card (nvidia or amd-based) that is REALLY compatible with your board. It might be better for you to look for a used graphics card that is still supported on Windows 10.

Personally, with a system that old, I would get a new(er) system and make the problem go away.

Doc

Anything with the Q45 is going to be about 10 years old.

Look way down this list under "legacy":

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005526/graphics-drivers.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products

This also means that the processor is also unsupported on WIndows 10:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000006105/processors.html Does My Intel® Processor Support Microsoft Windows® 10?

Doc
