Wrong colours

Hi! I have a laptop with an Intel HD Family Graphics.

The problem is that, when I try to see a video/movie downloaded in laptop, it shows me wrong colours. I took a screenshot.I have the same problem when I try to see an online movie.

But If I want to go on youtube and see some videos, I don t have any problem.

We received your inquiry and I understand that you are having display errors. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing. We will be more than happy looking for a solution.

In order to start looking for a solution could you provide the following?

This only happens on the built-in display?

Could you attach a DxDiag report following these steps:

1. On the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

2. In the Run box please type DxDiag and hit Enter.

3. Click on Save All Information (save it to your desktop).

4. To attach a file, you must click "Use advanced editor" in the top right and then click the "Attach" option on the bottom right hand the response box.
