    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I have a laptop with an Intel HD Family Graphics.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that, when I try to see a video/movie downloaded in laptop, it shows me wrong colours. I took a screenshot.I have the same problem when I try to see an online movie.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But If I want to go on youtube and see some videos, I don t have any problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We will be more than happy looking for a solution.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;In order to start looking for a solution could you provide the following? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;This only happens on the built-in display?&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Could you attach a DxDiag report following these steps: &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;1. On the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;2. In the Run box please type DxDiag and hit Enter.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;3. Click on Save All Information (save it to your desktop).&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;4.
