Добрый день. Пожалуйста подскажите, как сделать так, чтобы можно было выбирать частоту обновления кадров.

Есть ноутбук с интегрированной видео intel hd graphics 530. Дисплей ноутбука поддерживает до 1920x1080 (75Hz).

К ноутбуку с помощью hdmi 2.0 присоединён дополнительный монитор с поддержкой до 2560x1440 (144Hz).

В системных настройках драйверов дисплеев отображается настройка загруженная из драйверов (либо из панели) intel hd graphics, которая не даёт выбирать разрешение с частотой обновления поддерживаемые дисплеями.

тоже самое и в самой панели intel graphics control panel

Не понимаю как можно настроить частоту обновления поддерживаемую дисплеями либо принудительно.

В панели intel graphics control panel в разделе информации о дисплеях есть список поддерживаемых разрешений, но оттуда они не включаются.

In order for me to assist you better, please provide me with the .txt file that the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- System Support Utility will generate. Additionally, I would like you to generate a https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848/graphics-drivers.html Graphics Report while the external monitor is connected to the laptop.To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

In the meantime, can you please install the drivers provided by the monitor manufacturer? Please click https://benqesupport.blob.core.windows.net/esupport/LCD%20Monitor/Driver/XL2730/LCD%20Monitor_dr_XL2730_20160607_104639_ZOWIE_XL2730_WHQL_driver.zip here to download them.

Информация о системе и дополнительно подключенным дисплеем во вложенных файлах.

Драйвер дисплея был установлен.

By checking the reports provided I can see that the Graphics Drivers are outdated. Please click https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27650/a08/win64_15.65.5.4982.zip here to download the latest drivers version (4982) and use https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html this guide in order to install them.

Please share with us the results.

Установил последнюю версию драйверов (4982). После этого дополнительно подключенный дисплей стал часто перезагружаться. Моргает каждые 2-5 секунды.

При установке вылезала ошибка о том что драйвер не подходит для данного компьютера, Модель оборудования совпадает. Драйвер скачан подходящий.

Информацию в прикрепленных файлах обновил.

In this case, indeed your display will support this display and by using an HDMI* 2.0 cable you should be able to achieve this resolution nevertheless, you should have an HDMI*2.0 port. I was unable to confirm which is the version of HDMI* that your laptop. Please get in touch with https://www.asus.com/support/ ASUS* Support to double check if your laptop is having an HDMI* 1.4 or 2.0 port.
