hi,

I am using the NEW DELL XPS 13 9370. The laptop started to hang the very first day. When I checked for this problem online, there were also some other people who were having similar problems. The laptop freezes for few seconds and than again becomes normal and this happens quite frequently.

I am attaching a Youtube video which explains my problem.

please try to solve this problem as early and quickly as possible.

I have updated to the latest windows 10. This laptop has INTEL UHD GRAPHICS 620.

https://youtu.be/6MsXgOe5Z4Q Dell XPS 9370 Freezing Issues. - YouTube

Are you on the Windows April Update (1803)? I had a similar issue on my Dell Inspiron 7577, but my screen would freeze till I put it to sleep and woke it back up, other vendors were also affected. It was a bug fixed by Microsoft in a cumulative update soon after Windows 1803 was released. You could try the latest drivers from Intel's driver site.

EDIT: Nevermind different issue, I suppose you could go into Intel Graphics settings and see if disabling Panel Self Refresh helps.
