Hello Community,

I want to Play Empire Earth on a Laptop I bought some month ago, but there is a big graphics Problem.

CPU: Intel Pentium 3550M Processor

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4600

Can you please attach your dxdiag report and system information report here?

How to get it?

Dxdiag Report: Type dxdiag in Start Menu> open> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

System Information: Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

Get the reports this way:

How to get it?

Dxdiag Report: Type dxdiag in Start Menu> open> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

System Information: Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

And use the Advanced Editor options to attach the files:

I would like you to try updating the drivers to latest version as first step. Here you can download the driver:

I also would like to get more information like what is the version of the game you are using or if you have tried different Operating Systems?

I found on the web a Microsoft forum where it states the software is not compatible with Windows 7:

Hello Kevin_intel,

My Driver is on the is in the latest Version I updated it on the latest Version two weeks ago.

The game is on Version 2.0.4.0. I downloaded the latest updates too.

The game works on Windows 7. My friend Plays with the Intel HD Graphics 3000 and it works fine. Also

on my old PC it worked. My question is : Isn`t there a possibility to say the to the Computer that he has a bader graphics Card zhan he has ?
